Collinwood is assisting our client, (in the Professional Sports Industry) in their efforts to hire an EDI Analyst. **This is a Contract to Hire Opportunity**
Job Summary:
What we need from you:
2-4 years working experience on ERP solution in retail industry
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of EDI standards is not a requirement, but is a plus
Understanding of retail & vendor distribution processes
Proven experience in system testing and activation, particularly in a retail environment
Experience working with logistics teams is a plus
Strong technical proficiency and excellent analytical/problem-solving skills
Great organizational and time management skills
Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
What you will be doing:
Maintain and provide support on business process transactions on Infor ERP Systems and on integrated Logistic WMS
Analyze and optimize EDI transactions and workflows to support retail and distribution processes
Work closely with functional leaders and organizational units to deploy new EDI business processes and onboard new partners
Troubleshoot and resolve 1st level ERP-related issues, providing timely and effective support
Handle ERP WMS issues
Provide documentation for ERP solutions implemented
