Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level finance attorney for its New York or Chicago offices. This position will compensate starting at $235,000+, and may vary depending on different factors.
Qualifications
3-4 years of leveraged finance experience, working with clients in debt finance transactions including acquisition financings, asset-based facilities, and debt restructurings.
Experience in lender-side transactions in mid-market cases would be a plus.
Strong academic credentials; Juris Doctor degree.
Excellent communication skills; team-focused.
