Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Physical Therapist sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 day shifts, Monday-Friday. There is a minimum 30 points for productivity per 40 hour week.



Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year Home Health PT experience


• CA PT license
