Job Summary
As a Senior HR Generalist, you'll be instrumental in driving change and achieving business results by building strong relationships, influencing stakeholders, and leveraging your deep functional HR knowledge. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies for approximately 150 employees across multiple locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coach, counsel, and mentor internal stakeholders on best practices throughout the employee lifecycle.
Lead the implementation of strategic HR initiatives, including talent management, diversity, and performance management.
Ensure HR priorities are aligned with operational strategies and customer-centric.
Oversee talent acquisition strategies and develop robust talent pipelines.
Provide expertise and counsel on change management to operations leaders.
Support operations management in communication and leadership style enhancement.
Guide department leaders on HR processes and systems, building management competencies.
Manage union relationships, including negotiations and grievance resolution.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
