Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health RN sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 day shifts Monday-Friday. There is no on call associated with this position, but does include weekend coverage once per month. The area of coverage is around the city of San Diego and extending to the border of Mexico. Ideal candidate is familiar with SOCs, case management, and supervision of LVNs.



Minimum Requirements:

• CA RN license


• BLS


• 1+ year Home Health experience


• PointCare/HomeCare HomeBase preferred but not mandatory
