Location: Fort Collins, CO
Salary: $75,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with food manufacturing experience in the Fort Collins, CO area. Relocation provided for great candidates.
COMPENSATION: $75,000k - $95,000k + 6th/7th day pay + 10% quarterly bonus
LOCATION: Onsite
RELOCATION: Provided for the right candidate
MUST HAVE: 4+ years' of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a leadership position
Responsibilities
- Complete all jobs safely and on budget
- Run daily team meetings on topics from safety to quality of work on equipment, processes
- Schedule and assign maintenance jobs
- Maintain budgets for labor and parts inventory
- Maintain and submit detailed reports on downtime
- Maintain CMMS records (Create / Close work orders, Enter data, Track inventory)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years' of experience in a manufacturing environment/at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Ability to work night shifts (5p-5a) and weekends when needed
