Position Overview: As the Division Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation, steering product development, and guaranteeing the delivery of top-tier agricultural equipment that surpasses customer expectations. This role presents an exhilarating opportunity for a strategic leader deeply passionate about engineering excellence and possessing an extensive understanding of agricultural machinery.

Responsibilities:
  • Senior Product Council Member providing direction on new product development and launch. Collaborate with Research and Development, Engineering and Production teams to design and build new products to exceed our customer expectations.
  • Oversee new product design and manufacture of agricultural equipment, in collaboration with Engineer Testing Team.
  • Develop data to assess the effectiveness of product design and changes prior to approval.
  • Analyze test data and reports to determine if design meets functional and performance specifications.
  • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to determine feasibility of project implementation.
  • Collaborate with leadership, production team, and marketing team to plan product launch and assess profitability of project.
  • Lead a team of 50 employees comprised of engineers, designers, technical writers, tool and die, and weld.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the company to meet manufacturing objectives, company goals, and customer's needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or agricultural engineering and/or 4 - 10 years of related experience. Master's degree is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience managing a diverse work team.
  • Good written/verbal communication and computer skills, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Windchill.
  • Solid understanding of technology and precision agriculture.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Willingness to travel out of state for multiple days during peak seasons

Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary starting at $160,000 annually, with the potential for growth based on performance.
