JCW is working with a leading Medical Device company in Greater Boston is seeking a Staff R&D V&V Engineer to join their team. The client is looking for an individual with strong verification & validation skills for an innovative product development project.
Responsibilities:
Day to day you will manage all aspects of the Verification and Validation program
Develop test methods and test fixtures to support the design verification, validation and commercialization of new medical device products
Perform hands-on and simulated testing for design verification and test method developments
Lead/execute Test Method Validation (TMV, design verification tests, and test method transfer
Background:
Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field
8+ years of R&D experience within New Product Development.
Previous management or mentorship experience
Experience with leading or executing Design Verification of disposable electromechanical medical devices.
