This role is responsible for providing field service activities to company customers independently. This position troubleshoots complicated products and problems, along with receiving service calls from customers, and helping tool installations at customer site.
Salary: $85k - $100k
Responsibilities
Performs preventative maintenance on Company products.
Provide over-the-phone consultation and advice to customers.
Inspects and evaluates customer usage of Company products.
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Hands on experience working with semiconductor tools.
Ability to travel for training both domestically & internationally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
