Inxpect was founded in 2015 in Brescia, Italy with the goal of using radar technology in ways not previously done. Inxpect has developed and certified the only safety sensors for the industrial environment that use radar technology. The advantages of radar over traditional methods position Inxpect to be a leader in the industrial safety segment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct technical assistance to channel partners and end users
  • Support both internal and channel partner sales teams in pre-sale and post-sale technical activities
  • Assist customers in layout and implementation of new systems both remotely and onsite
  • Develop and Provide technical training for channel partners and end users (In Person and online)
  • Contribute to/write technical support documentation
  • Collect feedback from users and communicate those ideas to R&D for future product development

Qualifications/ Experience
  • Degree in related field (robotics, automation, engineering, etc...) or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 year experience working in Technical support or Integration of Industrial automation equipment
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time with occasional weekend travel/work (3-4 weekends per year)
  • Professional attitude and image
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Can work effectively in various working environments
  • Self-directed
  • Ability to work as part of a team or alone depending on the task
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Enthusiasm to learn new information and implement new methods and technology

Preferred Experience
  • Working Knowledge of safety standards for industrial environments (RIA 15.06/ ISO 10218, ANSI B11, ISO 13849)
  • 3D modeling experience (Solidworks, AutoCAD Inventor, Sketchup)
  • PLC/Robotic Programming experience
