System Solution Architect

The Select Group is seeking a skilled and experienced System Solution Architect to join our clients dynamic team and drive the design, integration, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

As a System Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in evaluating and implementing technology products and solutions to meet business needs. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and architectural principles to design and integrate systems that drive operational efficiencies and support business functions.

System Solution Architect Responsibilities:

- Perform technology product evaluations to align with business needs and objectives.
- Design and integrate Salesforce sales, marketing, and service cloud solutions with external applications.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and generative AI, to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Apply architectural principles, design patterns, and integration strategies to develop robust system solutions.
- Evaluate technology products, tools, and solutions across various business domains.
- Assess technical and functional aspects of products with strong analytical skills.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
- Ensure familiarity with cloud platforms, data management, and security considerations.

System Solution Architect Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a focus on technology product evaluations.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce sales, marketing, and service cloud design and integrations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, employee self-service, and generative AI.
- Thorough understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and integration strategies.
- Proficiency in evaluating technology products, tools, and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing technical and functional aspects of products.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, data management, and security considerations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP) are advantageous.
- Salesforce Administrator certification, Salesforce Integration Architect certification, and/or Service Management certification are highly desirable.
- Experience in helping companies achieve FedRAMP readiness is a plus.
