Job Description:
What you'll do
Manage clients and provide support on tax matters
• Learn to administer tax functions, including to complete basic annual reports, rate projections, rate verifications, joint account analysis and system updates
• Communicate with clients and state agencies
• Confirm client information to update systems
• Assist with projects related to client accounts
• Learn to utilize EFX tools, processes and procedures
What experience you need
- HS Diploma or GED
- Customer Service/clerical experience
What could set you apart
- Understanding of PC functions and ability to learn/understand internal technology/systems.
- Experience with Google Suite
- Experience within an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
This role is a seasonal position working 20/hrs. a week split between 3 - 4 days. The business is flexible as to which days.
