Endpoint Administrator at Northwood Technical College in Ashland, Wisconsin

Job Description:

Join Northwood Tech in a multifaceted role that is responsible for  managing and securing laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and  other endpoints in the organization. This position is available at any of our campuses.

Be the main point of contact for all endpoint-related issues and  will work with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve any  problems. **This position involves duties that could be performed  in a remote or off-site environment. Campus-based duties are  minimal, requiring in-person availability approximately once per  week. 

Qualifications, Degree & Experience Required:

• Associates degree in related field
• Four years related work experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to effectively apply technology to tasks and projects
• Ability to contribute to a team environment while maintaining accountability and motivation in self and others
• Strong customer service skills that focus on diversity, community, and continuous quality improvement
• Time management skills that apply organization and prioritize demonstrating the ability to multitask and work independently

Salary

• FY24 Salary - Grade J - $25.85 / hour
