Overview:

WGACA is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com environment. The Salesforce Administrator works with internal and external Salesforce implementation teams to establish and maintain the Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with functional leaders to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and define best practices regarding Salesforce solutions for business users and technical team members - must be comfortable serving as part technical project manager and part administrator. You must have a strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. You also have experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector) and have strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users. The ideal candidate will have direct-to-consumer industry experience and be able to provide solutions that are highly scalable, extensible, and easy to maintain while keeping the overall end-user experience in mind.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as system administrator for a Salesforce.com environment with 100+ users
  • Performs Org Administration, including but not limited to updating of federation certificates, regeneration of certificates, creation of integration IDs and tokens, creation and refresh of sandboxes, deploying metadata, installing and updating managed packages, user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Performs User Administration, including but not limited to, creation and assignment of roles, creation and updating of role-based permissions, user provisioning and de-provisioning, and reassignment of user records
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Manage integrations of internal systems, system configurations, and data migrations, ensuring data integrity and security
  • Design and implement custom applications, workflows, Salesforce Flows, and validation rules using Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests
  • Assist in training new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product and fellow technologists to proactively administer our Salesforce instance
  • Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable standards
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest releases and security concerns raised in each cycle for our implementation
  • Troubleshoots complex systems issues in production and sandbox environments
  • Reviews and triages production support tickets to determine next steps; resolves tickets, assigns or routes tickets to the correct collaborating team, and follows through to completion
  • Is highly collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with internal stakeholders and users in all departments with Salesforce access.
  • Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors, and development teams
  • Create reports or template mock-ups and requirements based on enterprise reporting needs
  • An understanding of data Governance Processes and best practices to maintain the integrity of data and the overall system

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator and Marketing Cloud Administrator certifications required
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator overseeing instances of B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and OMS
  • Industry experience in direct-to-consumer fashion
  • Experience in working in the Lightning interface
  • Experience working in both Sales and Service Cloud
  • Ability to use out-of-the-box SFDC functionality as well as building custom solutions or implementing app exchange applications
  • Experienced with workflows/process builders and lightning flows
  • Experienced with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Strong documentation and verbal/written communication skills
  • Experience with ERP and Fulfillment integrations

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence a plus
  • Experienced working with SOQL / SOSL Queries
  • Experience with Rootstock ERP
