Salary: Up to $165,000 per year + 10% discretionary bonus

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Personalization to join our growing team. This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing personalized strategies across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive personalization strategy aligned with business objectives and customer journey enhancement goals.
Utilize Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target to implement personalized tactics across web, email, mobile, digital ads, and call center channels.
Define and implement customer segmentation strategies to target specific audience groups with personalized content, offers, and recommendations.
Plan and execute A/B tests, multi-variant tests, and other testing methodologies to optimize personalization efforts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement personalization initiatives effectively.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to account for customer preferences, behaviors, and trends, translating them into actionable strategies and use cases/journeys for personalization.
Maintain clear documentation of personalization strategies, tests, and results, providing regular reports to stakeholders on effectiveness.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging ML/AI-based technologies, and best practices in personalization to ensure our company remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
7+ years of experience in a Senior Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on personalization.
Proficiency in Adobe suite of tools.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and multi-variant testing.
Exceptional analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
