Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee financial operations for assigned regions.
Coordinate financial aspects of acquisitions, including due diligence and integration processes.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct market-specific budgeting and forecasting activities.
Monitor and enforce compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Maintain a strong focus on employee development and mentorship.
Contribute to the implementation of innovative financial strategies.
Support internal and external audit processes as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Public accounting required
3+ years' experience
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
