A reputable organization in Newark, NJ is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their growing team!!
The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Supporting month-end close
- Working alongside Payroll, covering and processing Payroll when the Controller is out of office
- Deposits
- Heavy reconciliations
- Balance sheets and profit and loss reporting
- Preparing year-end reports
- Ensuring accuracy of outstanding balances
- Receiving and recording payments
- QuickBooks experience is a MUST!
