What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain relationships with multiple clients, driving sales, revenue, and profit goals.
Lead company improvement initiatives and execute a comprehensive business plan approved by senior management.
Manage multiple projects with the aim of maximizing profitability and meeting set financial targets.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring operational excellence.
Manage and mentor a team of project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Work with VPs to negotiate terms and ensure compliance with all project-related agreements.
Ensure adherence to all company procedures and accountability within the project team.
Assist in recruiting efforts, utilizing industry contacts to identify potential candidates.
Who We Are Looking For:
A seasoned professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 15 years of experience in commercial general contracting, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
Exceptional leadership skills, capable of mentoring and developing others.
Strong business acumen with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex client relationships.
