Job Description:

Well established and growing Community Association Law Firm in downtown Sarasota is seeking a dynamic, capable and positive litigation attorney with five or more years’ experience and an eye for detail to join our team. There is a great opportunity for potential advancement.

The ideal candidate for this position will be very comfortable handling trials, hearings, depositions and mediations, as well as possess excellent legal research, writing, communication and advocacy skills for individual and corporate clients. Experience in construction defects, real estate, commercial and general civil litigation, as well as condominium and homeowner association law, contract, and real estate matters is a plus.
