Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring excellence in design and execution.
Develop programming and concept plans, elevations, and design development.
Proficiency in Sketchup, Autocad, Revit, and/or Photoshop is highly desirable.
Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications with precision.
Prepare code analysis drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, designers, and contractors throughout project phases.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and mentoring skills to foster team growth and success.
Requirements:
Florida licensure as an architect.
Minimum of five years' experience in relevant architectural roles.
Registration in Florida; registration in other southeastern states is a plus.
Strong proficiency in architectural software and tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
