Location: Louisville, KY

Salary: $135,000.00 USD Annually - $145,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
JDP is seeking a Maintenance and Engineering Manager (Head of Maintenance) in the Louisville, KY area! The candidate will be responsible to schedule and control all Plant Projects, Preventive/ Predictive Maintenance programs and functions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive reliability programs


• Monitor PM programs, Parts inventory & scheduling


• Supervise and coach direct reports


• Complete direct reports performance reviews and provide feedback


• Recommend equipment and processing system modifications and replacements


• Remain up to date on plant technology


• Implement Root cause analysis on repeated equipment faults.


• Establish and administer and effective predictive/preventative maintenance program


• Oversee all processes for maintenance and engineering associates


• Lead inclusive of plant, division, and company goals


• Work closely with outside organizations such as OSHA, EPA, FDA

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Engineering degree preferred


• PSM/Ammonia Experience highly preferred


• USDA/Food Manufacturing Experience


• 5+ years' experience in the food industry


• 5+ years of Management Experience


• Knowledge of GMP, EPA and OSHA requirements


• Strong attention to detail


• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills


• Proven leadership skills
