The selected candidate serves as a subject matter experts as determined by documented individual experience in the following areas: Military Intelligence (All Source Intelligence, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Human Intelligence (HUMINT)), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), DCGS-A system architecture, intelligence system operations, intelligence analysis, Intelligence Electronic Warfare (IEW) maintenance, and/or intelligence tactics, techniques and procedures. Trainers shall meet TRADOC instructor standards IAW AR 350-1, and at a minimum have completed the Common Faculty Development – Instructor Course (CFD-IC) or other equivalent instructor certification.
The DCGS-A Maintenance Training Team members shall possess verifiable operations or training experience in Military Intelligence as either an officer, noncommissioned officer, Government civilian, or contractor. The DCGS-A Maintenance Training Team members shall be a fully qualified Trainer (as outlined above) plus maintenance trainers shall possess experience in configuring/administering and training DCGS-A FoS hardware and software in classroom and field environments. Maintainer Trainers shall be capable of instructing the IFS, IFS-N &TGS Maintainer Courses as well as the CDSS Maintainer & Operator Course. The DCGS-A Maintenance Training Team members shall be Information Assurance Technologist Level II certified IAW DoDI 8570.1. The DCGS-A Maintenance Training Team shall be experienced in the execution of Maintenance Training events. Maintenance Trainers shall possess a TS/SCI security and successfully pass a CI polygraph examination and maintain NSANet Privileged Access (PRIVAC)."
