Senior Director, Geek Squad Service Center
As a Senior Director of the Geek Squad Service Center, you’ll oversee planning, staffing, budgeting and successful services operations. You’ll be responsible for the strategy and activities of multiple functional areas and teams. This role is collaborative and achieves success through building a culture focused on delivering exceptional customer and client experiences. In this role, you’ll work with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, including officers, executives, vendor partners, clients and employees.
This role takes place onsite at Geek Squad city, our 240,000-square-foot repair center in Brooks, Kentucky.
