I am currently recruiting for a company who design and develop medical products from their offices in the San Francisco Bay. They already have several approved products out on the market, and due to continued growth, they are looking for a firmware engineer to join their NPD team. You will be joining a business who are generating significant revenue, are profitable, and have a long track record of looking after their employees, with a strong benefits package on offer.
The salary for this role is in the region of $160k to $180k, and benefits include equity, profit share bonus, 401k, health, dental, and vision, and a number of others benefits.
You will ideally have experience with:
Embedded C
C++
Working in a RTOS
Bare metal coding
Memory constrained coding
Working in a team developing products that are shipping to market
A Degree in a relevant subject
It would be desirable if you:
Have worked on medical devices previously
If you have motor experience
If you have a scientific background, either commercially or educationally
