Key Responsibilities:
Direct and innovate in the design and implementation of Mechanical Ground Support Equipment (MGSE) and aerospace structures.

Lead a team of six engineering professionals, promoting an environment of innovation and high performance.
Serve as the primary authority on resolving mechanical issues and improving production processes.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
Ideally 15 years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing, including 5+ years in a managerial role, ideally in the aerospace industry.
Proven track record in team development and hands-on management.
Extensive knowledge of satellite manufacturing processes and quality systems.
