The Role
The Online Merchandiser, HOKA North America is responsible for the brand's digital presentation to the consumer delivered via execution of seasonal Go-To-Market plans. The role is responsible for the HOKA DTC U.S. and Canada websites. In conjunction with the E-Commerce Manager the Online Merchandiser strategically aligns eCommerce and the Omni message to engage consumers with the brand and ultimately drive sales across all channels. This engagement is accomplished through driving a cross-functional team to implement leading edge creative, innovative merchandising, and digital strategies that represent our brands in a compelling, measurable, and effective manner.

Your Impact
Site Experience and Product Merchandising:
Manage execution of product launches / promotional activations and related site experiences
Facilitate product launch checks to support brand GTM
Drive cross-merchandising strategies onsite; Read and react to In-season demand and trend
Build and manage on-site merchandising assets to support key stories and products
Work within the Product Inventory Management tool; responsible for accuracy and integrity of product attributes
Optimize dynamic recommendations, internal search, sorting rules, and product placement, across website
Own success of third-party tools across the site to support key channel initiatives and immediate business needs
Attend relevant third-party tool meetings regularly to keep a pulse on latest opportunities and ensure impact summaries are communicated regularly to teams
Partner with the UX and Personalization team to continuously improve consumer experiences and sharpen onsite merchandising efforts
Execute in-season changes and product placement strategy adjustments based on trending business needs/data
Facilitate coupon code promotion builds and enforce limitations and quality checks.
Continuously creates process documentation to share and align strategy with other merchandising teams
Reporting:
Provide activation-specific reporting
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal insights to site performance
Quantify success of experiences/activations based on initial strategy/goals
Ensure learnings and insights are used to drive future-plans
Provide post-mortem on delivery process of experiences in an effort to ensure that the team's contributing understand areas of improvement
Reports insights and impact summaries out as needed to cross-functional teams
Brand Relationship and Interpersonal Ownership:
Partner cross-functionally to ensure the consumer site experience is a pinnacle expression of the brand
Go-to-market (GTM) Management:
Decompose GTM plans into supporting merchandising experience briefs to support the eCommerce Manager
Maintain in-season GTM working calendar
Work with GTM and brand marketing teams to facilitate copy, imagery, and design needs for creative assets; ensure assets and deliverables are delivered according to project timelines and expectations
Work with SEO team to ensure key word requirements are built into landing page needs, content requests, and email sends

We'd love to hear from people with
Bachelors Degree in related field preferred but not required.
2-4 years experience in related field.
Online experience and knowledge of eCommerce, web design, site functionality, and /or digital marketing and experience in a branded product environment required.
Salesforce and Salsify experience and knowledge preferred.
Analytical and reporting skills.
Familiarity/experience with agile work environments and scrum processes.
Industry knowledge of web design practices and UX/UI.
Familiarity with Personalization strategies preferred.

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
