FurEver Fixed A non-profit spay/neuter animal clinic is seeking a full time office manager. The position will involve scheduling spay/neuter surgeries for canine/feline patients owned by foster/rescue groups and the public. The responsibilities will include excellent communication skills with the public, fluency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other Veterinary databases. Ability to work in close vicinity of both humans and pets. Patience with all types of animals (feral/tame/anxious/fearful) and ability to care for pets such as cleaning kennels or pets both pre/post-surgery. Ability to invoice clients for services provided and collect funds. Ability to maintain accurate office/desktop earnings and accounting for end of day balance funds. Other tasks may include ordering veterinary supplies, assisting with morning surgery check-in and discharge of patients in the evening. The position will likely involve 3-4 working days of 10 12-hour shifts. All individuals are required to pass a background check and drug test.
