Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and guide them to conference rooms, answer phones, route calls and inquiries appropriately
Calendar management for staff, scheduling meetings and calls, assist with travel arrangements if needed
Administrative support to different departments and senior leaders
Order office supplies and kitchen refreshments
Support on special projects or preparation for events
Look ahead and anticipate office needs in order to keep processes running smoothly
Qualifications
Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and problem-solve
At least 1 year of recent experience working in an administrative or office position with similar responsibilities
Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
Compensation and Hours
This is an hourly position paying about $19-24/hr with flexibility depending on experience
Hours for this position are 8 am to 5 pm
This is an in-person, full time position in Baltimore City
Assignment is contract/temporary but candidates could be considered for permanent openings
