Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Administrator at AHG Services, LLC. The Construction Administrator will be responsible for project document control, construction administration services, communication between office and field, organize and schedule appointments, attend meetings and take minutes, submittals, and data entry. The role will require working in our Kenner, LA location.

Construction Administration Services, and Document Management skills
Strong communication skills
Experience with submittals
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Skilled in working with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
