Real Estate Management consultant at Infosys Limited in San Francisco, California

Job Description:

Infosys is seeking a Real Estate Management consultant. As a consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Location for this position is San Francisco CA. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• E xperience as an IT BA - working on Supply Chain Domain specializing in Real Estate Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Atleast 8 years of Functional expertise in Real Estate construction modules


• Good working exposure to Lucernex.


• Good in Business process documentation.


• SME for Lucernex & all Real Estate functionalities.


• Good collaboration and negotiation skills.


• Exposure to Service Performance & SLA management.


• Stakeholder Management & manage service deliveries.


• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Power point & Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus.


• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.


• Able to translate business needs to technical requirements.


• Well versed in Agile Methodologies

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
