Location: Indiana, PA
Salary: Depends on Experience
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Physical Therapist!
13 week contract, Mon-Fri business hours
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare professionals and family members.
- Valid state PT license
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
