Logistics Coordinator at Best Buy in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Description:

As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage medical device inventory on behalf of our customers (Health Systems and Pharmaceutical). In this role you will coordinate all components of this service on behalf of customers by; managing shipments of medical devices, ensuring accuracy and on time delivery, tracking and managing inventory and processing new orders - all while minimizing costs and optimizing efficiency. To be successful in this role you will leverage your logistics expertise while demonstrating excellent customer service skills built upon clear communication, attention to detail, efficiency and desire to deliver on meaningful work.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another US-based non-Best Buy Health location.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and manage inventory levels.


• Verify order shipment accuracy.


• Support the warehouse with inventory issues or urgent requests needed to fulfill orders.


• Provide support and regular updates to the Customer Support team when needed for patient support and logistics services.


• Resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs and update the appropriate partner teams on progress until complete.


• Communicate potential risks that could interfere with fulfilling customer orders.

Basic qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or Logistics required


• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service required


• Knowledge with Microsoft Office Applications with emphasis on Excel required

Preferred qualifications

• More than 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or Logistics preferred.


• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred


• Prior experience with international shipments and Commercial Invoices preferred


• Prior experience working with high level customers and confidence on virtual business calls preferred
