The hourly rate for this position is $22.56 plus a team bonus based on showroom performance. You are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

  • Exhibit excellent time management skills to efficiently balance customer engagement with other responsibilities.

  • Show self-motivation by proactively reaching out to potential leads and following up on opportunities.

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset by seeking feedback, learning from experiences, and continuously striving for improvement.

  • Navigate and utilize multiple technical systems and tools with ease, enhancing the customer experience and sales efficiency.
