$65-80k/year depending on experience.

Forest Acres Post Acute is a beautiful 132-bed skilled nursing and Rehab facility conveniently located in Forest Drive, Columbia, South Carolina. We are seeking a Business Office Manager (BOM) who has experience in the skilled nursing setting withMedicaid/Medicare and Managed Care Billing experience being a requirement of this position. Proper administrative procedures will be maintained at all times including, the processes of billing facility charges. Administrative activities will be maintained in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Successful candidates to be considered for the Business Office Manager position will have the following:

  • Background in skilled nursing facility billing experience required.***

  • Accounts payable & Insurance Verification

  • Managed care billing

  • Collections experience

  • knowledge of Point Click Care

  • Private Collections

  • Experience with Medicaid / Medicare billing and reimbursements

  • Maintain administrative activities in an organized manner

  • Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge

  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

  • Customer Service Driven and excellent communicator
