The printing equipment operator II is responsible for providing printing services for the United States Department of Justice. Areas of responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, operating production print equipment, bindery and customer service.
High school diploma and 2 years experience in operation of printing and duplicating machines.
Production bindery experience.
Production printing experience. Customer service skills.
Operates production printing equipment to produce instructional material into comprehensive training manuals, as well as providing supplemental handouts. Provides training materials in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.

Provide exceptional customer service to teams, faculty, and program participants; provide, clarify, and exchange information on production print timelines, proofing, and policy, regulations and procedures. Works with OLE staff to obtain their cooperation in meeting deadlines, which may include guidance on formatting, content, or preparation of training materials.
