Job Description:


Basic Job Functions:



Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

  • Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.

  • Ability to work second shift from 3p - 12am Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed

  • Ability to work flexible hours in an industrial environment which could include being outdoors in all-weather climates and conditions.

  • Assist other workers as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.






    • Minimum Qualifications:



    Experience in:

  • Acetylene Torch Cutting

  • Plasma Cutting

  • MIG Welding

  • Stick Welding using 7018

  • Band Saw
