Job Description:
Job Title: Foundry EngineerLocation: Bethlehem, PA area*Relocation package available!Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain foundry tooling to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Generate and evaluate casting and pattern quotations to support new projects.
- Collaborate across global teams for product launches and engineering initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and cost reductions using Six Sigma and other quality/lean tools.
- Conduct training for team members as required.
- Adhere to and champion safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years in pattern building and familiarity with gating and risering techniques.
- Experience in foundry processes, proficient in CAD (SolidWorks), and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Proactive and excellent communication skills; capable of working well in diverse settings.
- Flexible and able to travel as needed.
