Provide first level support, maintenance and improvements to systems related with shop floor, MES , and computers and servers involve in the plant operation.
Responsibilities:
Performs Configuration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting for shop floor systems
Participate as Request, Incident and Change Management Team Member
Performs Monitoring of MES systems in order to keep the systems up and running
Provide First Level Support all the systems and computers involve in the shop floor
Evaluation and implementation of new systems
Defining and implementing of interfaces to upstream and downstream system
Manage & Understand Technical & Functional architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services
Being available for emergencies on a 24x7 schedule
1 Travel to US Plant on demand
Software Installation and Configuration for IT Users
Industrial Printers Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
Manage Vendors Support Service for systems and hardware
Develop new software and reports requested by operations users
Install new shop floor hardware or I4.0 components
Maintain up to date all documentation related to the systems supported
Requirements:
Computer or Systems Engineer
At least 3 years of professional
Knowledge:
Experience designing and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
3+ years of Experience .NET Web API development
3+ years of Experience on the front end with Angular 6+, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience on the back end with C#.NET, Entity Framework and SQL Server
ORACLE & SQLServer Database
