This position is for Stevens students currently enrolled. Must have a full-time status. Bachelors Degree required. This is a part-time hourly position.

The International Student and Scholar Services Office is seeking a graduate student to work in the ISSS office. Duties will include creating international shipments, managing the front  desk, answering phones, filing, assisting with student inquiries, and  other duties as needed. The position begins May 2024 and students should be prepared to work through the end of December 2025.

Job Requirements:  Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills and good computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is especially desirable).  They should be able to take direction but work independently on assignments.  They should be willing to do a variety of tasks—from checking in new students and answering student questions to filing and data entry.  All candidates should be able to read, write, and communicate in English with little difficulty.  Candidates will also be required to participate in new student orientation and check-in and other special projects as assigned.

Hours to be worked:  

During semester- 8-20 hours per week

During authorized breaks- Up to 33 hours per week, if allowable
