Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.

• Ensure internal and external customer needs are met on a daily basis.

• Assist with training staff.

• Full adherence to health and safety policy and procedures.

• Oversee the preparation of the warehouse for the next shift.

• Lead, coordinate and oversee day to day Warehouse operations.

• Assist with product cycle counts and site inventory accuracy.

• May interact with customers in resolving delivery, or order issues.

• Ability to coach, develop, engage and retain a team of employees.

• Timely and accurate data entry for all services performed.

• Ensure daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.


• Other tasks as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred


• 1-2 years relevant experience, manufacturing setting preferred


• Ability to read, understand and maintain records as required


• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
