Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Virtual Studio Administrator is responsible for coordinating, supporting and training the Virtual Y instructors ensuring a positive experience for participants and consistency in programming.
Essential Functions:
Recruit, hire, train and onboard instructors to teach weekly livestreams in the Virtual Studio, how to use Group-ex pro and UKG.Setup initial classes and input into Vimeo, create webform, add in group-ex pro and to weekly excel document.Support the launch for first classes in the studio.Create a master calendar for the Virtual Y Studio including on-demand custom content, live-streams, and future instructors.Ensure instructors have clocked in and out correctly for their classes and approve timesheets for Virtual only instructors.Send biweekly email updates that include feedback received by members, tech support or issues in each studio, new updates to each studio, tips on how to record great classes, sub requests, current stats for the Virtual Y.Troubleshoot with instructors having issues with their weekly livestream.Develop and distribute quarterly analytics of classes offered. Share data on classes getting views and provide recommendation on classes that need to be modified or cancelled.Brainstorm with leadership future on-demand videos or series that will fill gaps in the library.Create Video Series and recruit instructors to record on-demand content either stand-alone videos or series.Update and schedule On-demand recording and enter schedule, scripts, content into Jira.Be in studio on Thursdays and Fridays to support production for on-demand videos.Collaborate with Y Marketing for Monthly series, create links and descriptions for them to use for these monthly emails.Facilitate biweekly meetings with Virtual Y production/content team. Facilitate annual staff meetings with Virtual Y Instructors.Train and provide ongoing support to Virtual Y Instructors.Provide emergency technical support for the virtual studio; troubleshoot issues and answer questions.Assist in planning fitness content for the Virtual Y Studio.Assist with Virtual Y Studio projects as necessary.Continuously monitor and report on Virtual Y equipment and program issues to all stakeholders.Order apparel as needed.
Relationships:
This position reports to the Digital Marketing and Platform Director who reports to the EVP, Strategy and Innovation. The incumbent interacts regularly with fitness instructors and program staff.
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience in fitness, health and/or customer service industry.Advanced Knowledge of Cameras, Mics, Live-streaming Studio, OBS to help troubleshoot issuesDynamic leadership experience with a team of peersClear and concise written and verbal communicationStrong technical skills and creative problem solvingAbility to track multiple activities and competing priorities at once while maintaining a positive attitudeAbility to work with a diverse population.Ability to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.
Physical Demands:
Ability to travel locally to visit branch sites, attend meetings and training with a flexible work schedule which may include evenings and weekends.
