Job Description:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator to support our wide-array of both B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing high-quality content for websites, emails, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms. The Content Creator will update existing material, generate new work, and identify new ways to reach consumers as well.

As the largest host travel agency in the country, InteleTravel's content needs are expansive. Our company's marketing team serves both Travel Advisors and their clients, therefore, the ability to switch between "voices" is necessary (i.e. B2B vs B2C, educational vs promotional, and so on).

This is a newly-created position within our growing team, and an exceptionally successful Content Creator will:
  • Maximize consumer engagement with our marketing by delivering content about the company and its products that is both useful and appealing.
  • Share insights regarding the successes and challenges of our competitors' marketing initiatives and apply those learnings.
  • Assist in the development of the company's marketing and branding presence throughout all channels for optimal impact.
  • Ensure consistency in our company's outputs by encouraging collaboration between all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging marketing copy for company websites, landing pages, blog posts, emails, and other marketing materials-review, edit, and update content as needed.
  • Create graphics and custom illustrations to support written copy.
  • Develop the visual design of marketing materials and bring those concepts to life using a variety of vehicles (infographics, videos, articles, etc.).
  • Prepare and present well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms.
  • Assist the creative team(s) with the design and production of promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
  • Use marketing best practices to target and engage audiences, and drive traffic to the appropriate channels in order to further company objectives.
  • Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
  • Continuously monitor campaign results and look for ways to optimize content.
  • Conduct research to learn more about current trends, industry-related topics, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualize your findings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
  • Samples of your work (portfolio, links, etc.)
  • Experience creating high-quality and engaging marketing
  • Comprehensive understanding of impactful marketing tactics
  • Outstanding copywriting, graphics, and content production skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
  • The capacity to work effectively collaboratively, independently, and without oversight
  • Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills
  • Capable of managing multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • High degree of computer literacy
