Job Description:

This position does include a $1,500 retention bonus paid out over the first 6 months of successful employment as laid out below:
The bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200 - First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training, $500 - 3 months of employment and all training complete, $800 - 6 months of employment.

*Applicants previously employed by CSN within the past 6 months are not eligible for this bonus.

What are we looking for in our next HR Manager?
CSN-Lincoln is looking for a multi-talented and strengths-focused HR Manager to provide leadership in the development and execution of HR strategies that support CSNs mission, principles and goals.
A leader who will oversee the day-to-day personnel functions including recruitment, retention, on-boarding, employee relations, records and performance management, benefits and payroll administration. The HR Manager will work together with and supervise the Lincoln HR Assistant.
