Hybrid Market-Wide Sales Associate in Carolina PR Plant

Starting Pay $9.50 per hour

This position is for Full Time - Day Shift scheduled within store hours:

• Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm


• Saturday: 8am - 12pm


• Sunday: Closed

The Hybrid Market-Wide Sales Associate will work remote and on-site work at The Home Depot store. Working remote, you will be responsible for processing large customer orders received via email and other administrative duties as needed. While working on site at THD you will drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. You will report to the Regional Manager and build relationships with DIYer's, professional contractors, and other end users of PPG Paints.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work remote from home to complete administrative responsibilities such as reporting, processing large customer orders received through email, other as needed.


• Travel to multiple Home Depot's locations to provide excellent customer service and work with them promptly to achieve high levels of efficiency within their business.


• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers to increase the potential business opportunities.


• Promote the PPG brand, recommending products to increase customers' options and enrich the shopping experience.


• Explaining the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and the "how to use to achieve the best results.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• Must have a valid driver's license in the state of current residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record.

• One year of retail and/or sales experience working directly with customers


• Store operations, inventory management and merchandising experience highly sought after


• Intermediate computer skills


• Must have a valid license in the state of current residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record


• Dependable transportation to report to store locations as needed
