There is a place for you at Highland Rivers Behavioral Health!Highland Rivers Behavioral Health provides treatment and recovery services to individuals impacted by mental illness, substance use disorders and intellectual developmental disabilities.JOB SUMMARY:Community Support Services (CSS) are medium-intensity community-based services that promote mental health recovery for people with persistent mental health issues. Services are customized to the needs and preferences of the individual. CSS helps restore individuals to their best possible level of functioning, while building the independence, resiliency and coping skills needed to live in their communities. CSS staff have flexible hours in order to be available to individuals who might need help outside normal hours of operation and are available to respond rapidly to early signs of relapse or crisis.DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide administrative supervision to CSS staff including coaching on meeting their job responsibilities, monthly/quarterly/annual chart audits and staff evaluations, conducts hiring and termination, approving and reviewing schedules/time off/timesheets/mileage reimbursement forms, provide clinical guidance for CSS when needed.


• Process referrals for CSS staff to ensure efficient use of resources, maintaining adherence to KPIs, monitoring contact standards and authorization


• Takes ownership for individual and referral source satisfaction by returning phone calls in a timely manner, communicating with referral sources with appropriate authorization, link and/or serve as advocate for individuals as needed.


• Attend community meetings as assigned by the Regional Director to represent HRBH and ensure that community partners have a positive interaction with HRBH


• Promotes cohesion and teamwork between programs, attends Treatment Team as needed, works with the Clinical Leads to promote positive and effective working relationships.
