We have the ability to hire this role in Scottsdale - AZ or Austin - TX.

The Credit Specialist reports to the Sr Credit Manager and focuses on building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This person role will collaborate with sales and customers on dispute resolution and timely receipt of payment.

Your Role Includes:


  • Reviewing and releasing customer orders, ensure timely payments within AR portfolio while meeting company DSO metrics.

  • Make recommendations regarding bad debt or write-offs while building and maintaining strong partnerships.

  • Collection of past-due accounts.

  • Deduction management and collection of deductions.

  • Account dispute resolution, this will require extensive communication with sales and external customers.

  • Providing back-up when necessary to peer teams. Ensuring procedures and internal controls are followed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley initiatives.

  • Maintain spreadsheets and perform any additional duties as assigned by the Credit Manager.

  • Assist with Credit Hold releases

  • Manage multiple email inboxes which includes our e-remittance program

  • Generate statements and reports

What you bring to the role:


  • 1 year of experience in customer service, credit, finance or experience with tasks including reconciliation.

  • Excellent communication and partnering skills.

  • Experience in Microsoft Office Tools.

  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $45,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
