The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.




Principal Purpose of Position:



  • Enter Remarketing Termination Notices into VRIMS

  • Receive and process 3rd Party Remarketing Titles

  • Follow up on pending 3rd Party Title events

  • Reconcile and settle 3rd Party Remarketing Sales in VRIMS

  • Initiate proceed payments to customers

  • Process vendor invoices and pass through charges as needed

  • Updating records in AutoIMS, VRIMS and RBH Portal

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned




Education and/or Training:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred

  • Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus

  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)




Relevant Work Experience:



  • 2-4 years' experience in administrative services or related fields

  • Prior Remarketing experience preferred

  • Superior problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment.

  • Must be able to explain complex remarketing concepts to customers in simple terms.

  • Professional presence and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external management, including executive leadership; in-person and remotely.

  • Initiative to work independently and multi-task while managing varying client/departmental priorities.

  • Action-oriented with the drive to take initiative and accountability for decision-making.

Pay:



We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.86 - $33.15 USD per hour.
