SUMMARY:



This job is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards of products produced.



RESPONSOBILITIES:

• Production paperwork verification
  
  


• Production floor checks; performing GMP and housekeeping audits
  
  


• Responsible for Team Member food safety training
  
  


• Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities evaluating results coordinating with others
  
  


• This position is responsible for food safety food quality and legality
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:




Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.



Experience: 2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP USDA GMP SSOPs.



Computer Skills: Basic computer skills for creating simple queries spreadsheets etc. SAP knowledge preferred.



Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills verbal and written; bilingual a plus.



Supervisory: This position is responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks.
