Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in San Francisco, CA.

Essential Functions:

• Business Analyst will assist with global customer-facing reporting for our Strategic & Enterprise restaurant partners


• Write/read optimized SQL queries that power dashboards and reporting


• Communicate issue resolution to Restaurant Partner contacts


• Investigate data discrepancies across multiple data sources and surface to Engineering teams as needed


• Monitor changes in Uber data infrastructure and adjust reporting accordingly


• As a Business Analyst, you will execute and monitor Python scripts


• Manage Jira queues with internal tickets from issues related to customer-facing reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2+ years of relevant experience in Analytics


• Intermediate SQL knowledge


• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Collaborate well with others in team environment


• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment


• Drive and self-reliance

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
