Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Houston, TX is searching for an Application Support Analyst.

Key Tasks:

• Provide application support and monitor incident tickets


• Triage issues with users and coordinate with core support developers for resolution


• As an Application Support Analyst, you will manage open tickets with vendors, handle security initiatives, and manage change requests


• Lead scrum calls and contribute to minor incident enhancements, patching, and core support tasks


• Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow for ticketing and project management tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

• Open to junior or mid-level candidates with strong logical thinking and an understanding of technology


• Must be proficient with Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow


• Capable of learning and adapting to new systems even without prior knowledge of specific technologies (e.g., Linux)


• Basic project management skills and ability to lead meetings

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
